New Braunfels sits on the edge of the beautiful Texas Hill Country and to most Texans can be described as a place where some of their best memories were made.  Having increased in population by 20% from 2010 to 2015, it is evident that more and more residents are choosing to call this little Texas paradise “home.”

Situated at nearly the halfway point between Austin and San Antonio, New Braunfels is located in the high-growth IH-35 corridor making it an easy choice for those residents commuting to Austin or San Antonio. However, New Braunfels doesn’t rely on either city for it’s livelihood. This city stands alone as a place that supports businesses, growth, development, civic and entertainment opportunities. Surrounding towns like Seguin, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Schertz and Cibolo offer many amenities to New Braunfels residents, also.
